forever :: summer desires

Summer is coming.

I don’t know what the weather has been like for you wherever you’re reading this from, but up here in Lancaster, it’s been superb.

I got myself off to the gym on Friday, after fully contemplating the idea of not wearing a bikini on the beach over summer, out of embarrassment.

As I’ve said in a previous post and as you’ll have seen in other pictures, I’m not a skinny girl. Heck, you couldn’t even call me slim. My saving grace is that I have begun exercising again, and I can honestly say I love the burn at the gym. Lol.

Join me on my summer body challenge! I have 12 weeks until my holiday to Malaysia.

Along with hitting the gym 5 (yes, 5) times a week, I’m going to use various Forever products on my road to being fitter and healthier!

The part of my Sunday Body Challenge begins tomorrow with our C9.

It is going to prepare my body for the continuation programmes F15 Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced, as well as adjusting and resetting my mindset. It’s the perfect starting point for transforming my diet and fitness habits.

Once I have completed the C9, I am going to take the next step and start the F15. Fifteen days of supplements and shakes with a step-by-step guide to help me through the programme. I will most likely do the beginner programme, perhaps moving onto F15 Intermediate and then Advanced, either after it or over summer.

So yes, I have lots to get busy with before I jet off to Malaysia for the trip of a lifetime.

I am aiming, as I said, to hit the gym 5 times a week; working on both cardio to lose weight, and weights to tone up.

I have also begun taking various nutritional supplements to aid the healthier path I am on.

I already drink Forever Freedom gel which contains all the benefits of the original Aloe Vera Gel, but has added glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM. Therefore, it is super beneficial and popular with those who lead an active lifestyle. It’s also fab for older people who may have issues with their joints; I know my grandparents really benefit from drinking Forever Freedom.

But supplement wise, I have begun taking Forever Artic Sea and Forever Bee Pollen on a daily basis. Artic Sea blends natural fish and calamari oil, containing the essential fatty acids EHA – which contributes to the normal function of the heart – and DHA – which contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function. While Forever Bee Pollen contains both honey and royal gelly, the ideal complement to aloe vera.

I have also begun taking Forever Lean capsules which are high in chromium. This contributes to both normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

As part as the C9, I will be taking Forever Garcinia Plus which contains chromium, and so has the same. I will also be taking Forever Therm that has a special combination of vitamins, including B6 ad B12, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C in Therm will also contribute to a normal energy yielding metabolism.

So, as I’ve said… Join me! Try out my summer body challenge and get fit and healthy alongside me this summer!

Love,

Anna
