forever :: unleash

As an undergraduate student, it’s that time of the year when exams have hit. I have already cried into my pillow, had a sleepless night, taken my anxiety medication and had a panic attack.

THIS IS NOT IDEAL. AND THIS IS NOT OKAY.

Yesterday, I sat two exams, one being what I thought would be the most stressful: translation of a text from French to English, and another English to French. To my surprise, there were only a few pesky words, and I left the exam quietly, but not overly of course, confident. Then I revised for another with it being at 2pm; this time it was a French essay. It wasn’t too bad either.

Working for Forever, but also for myself, I feel my potential has been unleashed, and my self-confidence has grown. It has also taught me commitment and the power of self-belief, and knowing your worth.

I wanted to put together a little helpful product guide, packed full of products to aid you in this stressful time. I’m thinking of putting a couple of products together, with some chocolate and a cute mug, and sending them out to those interested. I’ll see how much interest there is first, and then I’ll get a price to you.

So, as for what’s helpful during exam season from Forever…

FOREVER ROYAL JELLY

Secreted by nurse bees to nourish the Queen Bee, Royal Jelly is solely what she consumes to make her bigger, stronger, and to live for longer. Royal Jelly has plenty of benefits including:

  • keeping hair, skin and nails healthy
  • stimulating metabolism
  • reducing stress and anxiety
  • boosting the immune system
  • restoring energy and vitality
  • balancing hormones
  • enhancing brain chemistry

Forever’s Royal Jelly is natural supplement with all the benefits of natural Royal Jelly; all you need to help boost your mind and body during the most stressful time of the year.

I’ve done a little research on bee pollen and royal jelly,as you can probably tell fromabove, and found some really interesting things out.

“Pollen increases blood flow to your nervous tissue”, strengthening nerves that have been weakened by stress (Daily Health Post). Thus, mental capacity is increased and recovery from stress-induced inflammation is promoted. Bee pollen also boots the immune system, something I find I really need during exam season, as I become really low both physically and mentally, and am therefore more susceptible to being ill.

The following is from a website so please refer to that if any medical claims are made. I am purely referring to bee pollen as a whole, not Forever’s bee products.

“Biochemically speaking, royal jelly is very complex. It is a very rich source of proteins and contains eight essential amino acids, important fatty acids, sugars, sterols and phosphorous compounds as well as acetylcholine. Acetylcholine plays a nutritional role in focus, brain and sexual function. It contains gamma globulin, known to stimulate the immune system and fight off infections.” http://www.nzhealthfood.com/health-conditions/brain-health/kiwi-natural-health-royal-jelly.html

Interesting, right? I have found myself much more empowered and active since taking Forever Bee Pollen, so perhaps that is something you may think of trying some time too.

ALOE BLOSSOM HERBAL TEA

We all know that there’s nothing better than making a nice cuppa, and putting your feet up after a long, stressful day.

Forever do this amazing, I’ve tried it myself, herbal tea. I love a good herbal tea, but this is perhaps the best one I’ve tried in the market.

It promotes inner-calm and wellbeing, and is refreshing, soothing, and caffeine-free. It’s naturally low in calories and delicious served warm, or with ice asa refreshing alternative.

Ingredients include: cinnamon, orange peel, cloves, blackberry leaf, allspice, fennel, ginger, cardamom, aloe blossoms, gymnema sylvestre, camomile.

RELAXATION SHOWER GEL

“For skin that yearns to feel silky-soft, the soothing and moisturising properties of the Relaxation Shower Gel leaves your skin feeling fresh and invigorated. A nourishing formula of aloe vera and essential oils, coupled with the delicate scent of lavender, bergamot, lemon and cucumber extract.”

How good does that sound?!

A treat for your tired, stressed out body, this shower gel with help you feel fresh and invigorated.

ALOE VERA GELLY

At this time of the year, you are probably finding your skin is breaking-out, and spots and blemishes are popping up everywhere.

You’ll have heard/read me go on and on about our Aloe Gelly before, but it’s just the best at saving my skin when it’s having a meltdown.

It’s soothing, and I find it takes the sting out of midge bites, spots and helps to clear blemishes. My redness has been much more reduced since using this product, and it’s gentle enough to use on even the most sensitive skin.

FOREVER ESSENTIAL OILS: AT EASE

This blend of natural oils combines wintergreen, lavandin, eucalyptus, coriander, olibanum, rosemary, chamomile, peppermint, basil and origanum, promoting harmony, calm and peace.

The carrier oil which you mix with one of the scented oils like At Ease is a light, emollient fluid, fortified with some of the finest natural ingredients and antioxidants. The carrier oil starts with a derivative of coconut oil, which is colorless, odorless and easily absorbs into the skin.

All in all, the oil makes for a soothing way to relax after a long day. The perfect companion to an evening’s pampering session.

PAMPER PARTY

I’m proposing a pamper party for any of you (as long as you’re willing to travel to Lancaster) who would be interested. It would give you the chance to trial a few products, as well as relax and get away from all that exam stress.

Let me know if you’d be interested!
Love,

Anna
