forever :: festival

So after not being able to go to Download Fetsival this year, I am missing my rock home and feeling rather blue (I am also ridiculously hungover – professionalism at its finest). I absolutely adored it the last two times I went; festivals are a blast.

But, as we know the “downside” (personally I don’t mind it) to festivals is the camping. Let’s be honest, it is a pretty grim affair. But, instead of worrying, and complaining…why not just equip yourself?

I came across a blog post on Forever Knowledge called Festival Fuel, basically a list of what to pack as your Survival Kit for festivals.

I thought I’d adapt and add to the kit list, adding some more essentials…

1. Forever Travel Kit

The kit includes essentials such as:

  • Aloe Bath Gelée – perfect if you get a chance to shower
  • Aloe Moisturizing Lotion – a deep moisturiser to help keep your skin nourished, and a perfect primer for any makeup you may choose to wear
  • Aloe-Jojoba Shampoo and Aloe-Jojoba Conditioning Rinse to refresh your hair
  • Forever Bright Toothgel – to keep your teeth sparkling, and your breath fresh

2. Forever Active Boost

Ensure you’re awake enough to catch all the weird and wonderful displays on offer by fuelling up with Forever Active Boost. Its vitamin B6 and B12 content, along with the caffeine, will certainly help to reduce any tiredness and fatigue.

3. Forever Hand Sanitizer

Since most festivals involve mingling with strangers, sharing public portaloos and eating from stalls with your fingers, it’s important you keep as hygienic as possible.

Make sure you carry around the Forever Hand Sanitizer as one squirt can kill 99.9% of bacteria.

Plus, it’s beautifully fragrant, and will soften your hands as it cleans – result!

4. Fast Break Energy Bars

This little bar is the ideal snack when out and about so make sure you keep some handy. They’re packed with vitamins and tastes delicious!

5. Forever 2Go

  • Forever Aloe2Go

Take with you some of these handy, easy-to-carry pouches. Enjoy Gorever Aloe Vera Gel married wth Forever Pomesteen Power in one single serving – the perfect quick pick-me-up anytime, anywhere.

  • Forever Freedom2Go

Enjoy all the benefits of Forever Freedom coupled with pomegranate juice – and the same style of packaging as Forever Aloe2Go.

6. Supplements

Festival food and self-cooked camping cuisine is not renowned for being the most nutritious. Make sure you’re getting all the vitamins and minerals you need and if not, top up with some of Forever’s essential supplements.

We recommend:

  • A-Beta-Care
  • Nature-Min
  • Absorbent-C

6. JOOST

Boost the flavour of your drink with a simple squeeze of Joost. Two naturally-flavoured fruit blends transform your drinks into a whole new dimension of delicious.

Joost is high in vitamins B6, B12, folic acid and vitamin C, all which help contribute to a healthy immune system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function (e.g. mental concentration).

We have two flavours:

  • Pineapple Coconut Ginger
  • Blueberry Acai Lemon

There are so many other products that will be super beneficial if you’re going to a festival and so, I’ve listed them below:

  • Forever Bee Pollen
  • Forever Fiber
  • Forever PRO X2
  • Aloe Lips
  • Aloe Ever-Shield Deodorant
  • Aloe Heat Lotion
  • Aloe Vera Gelly
  • Aloe First

We all want to enjoy the festival season but remember that alcohol only weakens your immune system, so prepare and take care of your body to keep you in good health. The healthier you keep yourself, the more able you’ll be to party until the early hours and dance the night away with your friends watching some of the world’s biggest artists and bands.

Most of all, keep safe in every aspect, and have fun.
